While regular cardio includes a particular type of exercises, Cardio blast comprises boxing, step, squats, lunges, running and other activities back to back. It increases the heart beats more than usual which in turn helps in burning large amount of fat fast.

What to Expect
An intense class of aerobics designed to cover everything from boxing and step to squats, lunges and running. Each class offers a different challenge, but all combine bodyweight training and aerobic activity.

They have successfully organized around 3-10 corporate workshops for various companies and clients. The trainers’ league also specializes in Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, and Desktop Yoga, Office Yoga along with their certification.
