About the Wellness Programme

It’s a group of stand-up combat sports which is primarily based on kicking and punching. It increases flexibility, helps in burning mega calories and is also helpful in self-defense.

Kickboxing improves body-mind coordination. It can be practiced for self-defense, general fitness (core and body workout) or as a contact sport. It helps in burning around 350 to 450 calories in an hour.

The employees will learn the technical and fundamental aspects of different styles of kickboxing while experiencing an intense core and body workout.
