About Pilates

Pilates is a special form of exercise discovered by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. It focuses on the coordination of body, mind and spirit. Unlike some other forms of exercises, Pilates doesn’t focus on exercising just a particular body part. It trains the body as whole resulting in better strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, better posture and improved joint-motion.
