About Tabata

Tabata is an intense exercise which is done in short intervals of sets and very short breaks in between. A frequent exercise lasts for around 3-4 minutes only. It increases metabolic rate upto 15 times the basic one. While regular dieting leads to loss of fat as well as muscles, Tabata helps in burning fats and growing muscle mass simultaneously.

The team gets engaged in an intensive workout session which helps them burning the fat fifteen times quicker than usual. It is a good fit for employees who want to lose weight but struggle with managing the time for the workout. A typical session takes just 4 minutes which makes it boisterous.

Each exercise in a given Tabata workout will last upto four minutes. In one set, participants will push as hard as they can for 20 seconds and will get rest for just 10 seconds. Complete eight sets of each exercise are required to be done.
