Working by sitting on a chair, typing or phoning for long hours can affect one’s back severely by making that stiff and sore. Therefore, it is really important to do exercises of the core.

Your core can make day-to-day activities more comfortable. It stabilizes your body and allows you to move in any direction. The class engages the employees in various exercises to strengthen their core. All the exciting activities will help everyone in improving the strength/concentration and bring a lot of fun in the class.

The session will offer stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training. Core training is proven to burn many calories; it will maximize the calorie burn. It will also make their core strength and improve the stability.
