About Hatha Yoga

Hatha which means ‘force’ is a branch of yoga. Our daily life doesn’t have many physical activities involved which in turn makes one stiff and unhealthy. Hatha yoga helps in building immunity, relaxing body and mind, releasing tension, strengthening and toning the body, increasing flexibility and achieving overall good health.

With an increasing awareness of Yoga, many people want to learn it but struggle with the time or resources. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. It encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.

The team will learn different postures (asanas) and their benefits. Employees will be actively involved in practicing and learning the correct way of doing any ‘Asana.’ The session will come to an end with a meditative relaxation,exercise, and chant.
